Over her 12+ years in Congress, Suzan DelBene has supported packages like the 2021 Build Back Better bill, which raised taxes on the wealthy but offered little direct relief for middle-class families in high-cost areas like ours.
I believe we need real, permanent tax reform:
- No federal income tax for those earning $61,000 or less
- Simplified tax forms for everyone
- Closing loopholes for multinational corporations
Middle income families in Washington deserve to keep more of what they earn without needing an accountant to understand the tax code.
